Managing buildings and sites with tight budgets, it is vitally important to predict outgoings as precisely as possible. Agreeing a maintenance contract will do that.
MK Drains will tailor a maintenance contract to the individual needs of each property, with the property managers concerns taken into account. We pride ourselves in working closely with our clients to ensure that all works are carried out to their specifications, at a time convenient to you.
PPM contracts are usually annual, 6 monthly or quarterly, depending on the property. Each contract is totally bespoke to your requirements.
